To gauge the valuation levels of the key four MENA markets, we looked at three different valuation metrics to know which of them is the cheapest, which is the dearest.

  1. P/E ratio (current, this year’s, and next year’s).
    - DFMGI is the cheapest it seems based on this metric alone (15.03x, 10.44x, and 9.24x, respectively).

  2. P/BV ratio (current, this year’s, and next year’s).
    - DFMGI is also the cheapest (1.29x, 1.22x, and 1.17x, respectively).

  3. Dividend yield (current, this year’s, and next year’s).
    - By far, DFMGI offers the highest dividend yield of all markets, followed closely by is counterpart ADSMI.
